- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your mobile number and PAN/Aadhaar details, during registration and when requesting services.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your OTP and account information.
- You authorize Capital Taxplus to act as your representative for filing taxes to the respective government authorities.
4. Documentation and Accuracy
Capital Taxplus relies on the documents, financial records, and details provided by you. We do not audit your records and hold no responsibility for penalties or liabilities arising from inaccurate, false, or incomplete information supplied by you.
5. Fees and Payment
Service fees are outlined in our Pricing section or communicated upon assessing your needs. Payments are non-refundable once the service (e.g., ITR/GST filing) has been initiated or submitted to the government portal. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide accurate and timely services, Capital Taxplus is not liable for delayed filings due to government portal downtime, technical issues, or missing documentation from the user. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and interfaces on the Capital Taxplus platform are the property of Capital Taxplus and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the Platform. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
